Join Me on a Walking Adventure!
Walking is one of the best movement activities we can do for the well-being of our body, mind, and spirit. It strengthens our bones, wakes up sleepy parts of our nervous system, and supports us to be present in the moment. It's something most of us do every day - and Walktoberfest is an opportunity to explore ways to do it better with support and encouragement.
We all have patterns and habits that prevent and/or hinder us from taking the next step (literally and metaphorically). By participating in WalktoberFest, you’ll learn quick moves that can be incorporated into your daily life to bring a spring into your step.
Join WalktoberFest for:
- A Daily Short Video (by email and on this platform)
- Access to Private Facebook group.
- Three Live Zoom Gatherings (recordings will be made available)
Kick-Off: Tuesday, September 30, 6:30 pm Pacific
Check In: Sunday, October 12, 10:30am Pacific
Celebration: Sunday, November 2, 10:30am Pacific
