Be Supported to Make Movement a Part of Your Daily Life
Walking may be one of the simplest things we do, but it’s also one of the most powerful ways to support the well-being of our body, mind, and spirit. Walking strengthens our bones, engages our nervous system, and invites us to slow down, look around, and become more present to the moment.
And because most of us walk every day, WalktoberFest is an opportunity to discover how to make something you already do even more enjoyable, effective, and nourishing.
We all have movement patterns and habits that can get in the way of taking our next step—literally and metaphorically! Throughout WalktoberFest, you’ll learn simple, quick movements you can weave into your everyday life to help you walk with greater ease, awareness, strength, and a little more spring in your step.

Sandra Razieli has been teaching movement for more than 26 years, helping people of all ages and movement backgrounds move with greater ease, strength, and confidence. Her work draws from yoga, Restorative Exercise, and applied neurology, with a particular interest in how the brain and sensory systems influence balance, coordination, and the way we walk. Sandra loves helping people discover that small changes in how we sense and use our bodies can make a meaningful difference in everyday movement. Her classes are practical, playful, and designed to help people feel more at home in their bodies—and more confident in their stride.
