The Omerathon: A 7-Week Brain-Body Adventure

to

Optimize Movement, Energy, and Resilience through Movement Practices

Learn a set of tools to move with more ease and joy from the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to sleep at night.

You might be wondering… what exactly is the Omer?

In Jewish tradition, counting the Omer is a 49-day (7-week) journey that begins on the second night of Passover and culminates with the holiday of Shavuot. Rooted in the agricultural cycle, it marks the passage from the first grains of spring to the season’s first major harvest—a time of growth, reflection, and transformation.

What this means for you:

There’s no need to be Jewish to harvest the benefits of this special time.

We’ll create a framework for integrating brain-based skills into your exercise and movement practices. You’ll learn tools that will make your current exercise classes more beneficial, enhance your everyday activities, and give you more tools for self-care.

Each week, we’ll explore a different theme:
• Fluidity & Flexibility
• Strength & Alignment
• Balance & Breath
• Resilience & the Visual System
• Presence & the Vestibular System
• Grounding & Integration
• Cultivating Wholeness

All classes will be held live—and recordings will be available for a full year on an easy-to-use platform, so you can revisit them anytime.Over a period of seven weeks, we’ll explore seven different aspects of movement:
